ABSTRACT Maulana, M Aziz, 2020. “Students’ Perception On Their Readiness For Online Learning Based On Their Demographic And What The Teachers Do To Help (A Case Study At The 3, 5, 7 Semester Student And The Teachers of English Education Department of Iain Salatiga”. A Graduating Paper, Teacher Training and Education Faculty, English Education Department. State Institute for Islamic Studies Salatiga. Counselor: Hanung Triyoko, S.S., M.Hum., M.Ed. This study aims (1) to identify English learners’ perception on their readiness for online learning (2) to determine any statistical significant difference in their level of readiness based on their demographic and (3) to find out how teachers help students' readiness to take online learning. This was a mix method study with a sample size of 116 students and 7 lecturers. Data were collected through a questionnaire and interview. The results showed that the level of readiness for online learning student of English Education Department IAIN Salatiga semester 3, 5, 7 were good, The researcher found that there was no significant difference in the level of readiness based on their demographics and every teachers had their own strategies to make the students ready for online learning.
