Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of marketability, Good Corporate Governance, Third Party Funds and the level of profit sharing on profitability with Mudharabah Financing as an intervening variable at Islamic Commercial Banks for the 2016-2021 period. The data used are secondary data in this study. The data is obtained based on financial reports and annual reports published on each website at each Islamic bank. The number of samples taken in this study with 11 Islamic banks registered in Islamic Commercial Banks. Data collection was obtained based on purposive sampling technique. Data processing with the Eviews application as a tool. This type of research uses quantitative research using multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis as research data analysis. The results show that the variables of Marketability, Good Corporate Governance, Third Party Funds have a negative effect on profitability with Profit Sharing Rates and Mudharabah Financing have a positive effect on the profitability of Islamic banks. Marketability and Good Corporate Governance have a significant positive effect on Mudharabah financing. Third party funds have an insignificant positive effect and the level of profit sharing has an insignificant negative effect on Islamic commercial banks. Path analysis shows that Mudharabah financing cannot mediate Marketability and Third Party Funds on profitability, Mudharabah Financing can mediate Good Corporate Governance and Profit sharing rates on Islamic bank profitability.
