This research is about The Role of Parents’ Supervision on Students’ English Learning During Covid-19 Pandemic. The objectives of this research are (1) To know the role of parents in learning English related to learning at home during the Covid-19 pandemic, (2) To know difficulties of parents in supervising English learning during learning at home when the Covid-19 pandemic. The subject of the research are parents of eighth grade students in Junior High School in the academic year 2020/2021, totaling 15 parents. The method of this research was Qualitative Research with descriptive qualitative method, they interview and documentation. This study found that the role of parents in learning English during Covid-19 pandemic of eighth grade students in Junior High School in the academic year 2020/2021 is different when compared to conventional learning. Parents carry out two roles at once, first being parents and second being teachers at home; provide facilities and infrastructure for children; give encouragement; motivation; directing children according to the talents and interest of each child. The difficulties faced by parents in learning English during the Covid-19 pandemic of eighth grade students in Junior High School in the academic year 2020/2021 are that the educational background of parents affects the level of easy and difficulty of parents in educating their children; the economic level of parents influences the online learning process, especially in terms of facilitating children’s online learning; difficulty dividing time between children work; The number of family members also affects parents in providing guidance to children in learning at home.
