Keywords: Online Learning, Learning Method, English Learning, Covid-19 The objectives of the research are: (1) To analyze how is the implementation of online English learning during Covid-19 pandemic for third grade students at SMKN 2 Salatiga. (2) To analyze what are the challenges and difficulties faced by teachers in using online English learning methods during Covid-19 pandemic for third grade students at SMKN 2 Salatiga. This research methodology is qualitative research. This study uses research data collection techniques in the following ways: observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation. The results of showed that the implementation of online English learning during Covid-19 at SMKN 2 Salatiga, especially for third grade students, conducted with using application, namely Microsoft Teams as a part of Office 365. Teachers implement this application with blending some of learning methods compiled by each teacher adapted to the subject matters taught to the students, such as writing, reading, and others. In the practice, online learning method is the only option which is used by school during this pandemic so that the learning activities can continue to run as well as possible. There are several challenges and obstacles such as the absence of face-to-face meetings, reduced class hours, internet connections, gadget compatibility, and limited control over the concentration of students.
