Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of hotel image , attractiveness , and quality of sharia services on visitor loyalty mediated by visitor satisfaction . This research was conducted at Syariah Hotel Solo . This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The method of data collection is through questionnaires which are distributed to visitors who stay at Syariah Hotel Solo. Samples were taken as many as 100 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The data obtained were then processed using the SPSS 19 IMB. This analysis includes validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, F-test, T-test, determinant coefficient test and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that the image of the hotel, attractiveness, quality of sharia services, visitor satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on visitor loyalty. Hotel image and sharia service quality have no significant positive effect on visitor satisfaction. Visitor satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of hotel image, attractiveness and quality of sharia services on visitor loyalty .
