Abstract
The findings will be able to make a significant contribution to the higher education about the design of policies for higher education institutions regarding the revision of curricula and syllabi at the program of study level. In particular, it may prompt the development of new policies including the teaching of visual rhetoric analysis in the context of today's culture of literacy, which permeates all spheres of life, including graphic design, architecture, media, and education. This study is significant because it can address the issue of creating current government curricula that is based on developing students' 70 character, as a teaching model analysis of the visual rhetoric will train students' independence and autonomy to be active and critical in expressing the arguments in the learning proces
