This research involved 20 students as subjects. This study used classroom action research as a methodology. There were two cycles in which the research steps started with a pre-test to determine students' starting abilities, followed by delivering the material taught. Furthermore, students worked in groups to create mind maps and demonstrated them in class. The next step was to conduct a post-test to determine the students' understanding of the material. The mind mapping implementation was successful and showed an improvement in student learning outcomes. The Researcher used the SPSS windows 22 application to collect the mean data. There was 55.00 mean in pre-test cycle I, and 59.10 mean in post-test cycle I. Meanwhile, the mean for pre-test cycle II was 71,20, and the mean for post-test cycle II was 77,00. Cycle I has a minimum passing grade of 15% for the pre-test and 30% for the post-test. Cycle II has a minimum passing grade of 40% on the pre-test and 85% on the post-test. Cycle I showed a 15% improvement, and cycle II showed a 45% improvement. There are higher results in cycle I (6.812) and cycle II (8.199) compared with the T-table (2,093).
