Abstract

ENGLISH is one of the international languages that used for communication which plays an important role in daily life. English is currently an obligation that must be mastered by various levels of society, from elementary school students to society in general. We can find English both written and spoken in all aspects of social interaction, therefore it is important for all levels of society to learn and master English so that they can communicate and understand everything that is conveyed in English. To master English, as well as learning languages in general, the most important thing that must be learned is understanding grammar or often referred to as grammar. In grammar, we will discuss how to structure English sentences properly and correctly. Grammar is an important tool for mastering English that must be understood by everyone who learns it. With the presence of a book entitled “Practices for English Grammar”, it is hoped that it can help the general society who want to learn English, especially the mastery of grammar. This book provides explanations and exercises that are expected to help improve grammar mastery. It is hoped that this book can be a guide or reference for the general public who consider English as the key to improving knowledge and skills. Despite all that, the author still feels that there are many shortcomings in the preparation of this book. For this reason, constructive criticism and suggestions are expected from readers for future improvements.The authors would like to thank her husband, beloved sons and daughter, and friends who have provided support, prayers, and cooperation so that this book can be published and is expected to contribute to them in accelerating their mastery of English.
