Teachers’ Difficulties In Creating English Learning Activity For Young Learners During The Covid-19 Pandemic (A Research Study at The English Teachers 3rd Grade and 5th Grade of MI Karangduren in Academic Year 2021/2022). A Graduation Paper. English Education Department. Teacher Training and Education Faculty. State Institute for Islamic Studies Salatiga. Counselor: Aprilian Ria Adisti, M.Pd. The study aims to know how the English learning activity for young learners during the Covid-19 pandemic, the teachers' difficulties in creating the English learning activity, and what efforts were done by the teachers to resolve the difficulties. The method used in this research was qualitative research. The data collection techniques were carried out by interviewing two English teachers related to the teachers' difficulties in creating English learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic and observations were made to find out how the English learning activity for young learners during the Covid-19 pandemic. The researcher found that the English learning activities were done well but there was still a reduction in learning time. The teachers’ difficulties in creating English learning were how to create fun learning activities, how to manage learning time, and how to make students active during learning. The teachers resolve these difficulties by using singing activities to make learning activities more fun, using simple learning activities in class because of the limited learning time, and conducting questions and answers to make students active in learning.
