Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of the Regional Minimum Wage (UMR), labor, Human Development Index (IPM), Zakat Infaq, and Sadaqah (ZIS), has on economic growth mediated by the per capita income variable (Z). This research is a quantitative study using secondary data from the annual reports of related institutions, then the data is processed using the EVIES version 21 tool using multiple regression tests and path analysis tests (Sobel tests) to determine the direct and indirect effects of independent variables on variables dependent. The results of this study are (1) The regional minimum wage has a positive but not significant effect on income per capita in Indonesia. (2) Labor has a positive but insignificant effect on Indonesia's income per capita. (3) The human development index has a negative but insignificant effect on Indonesia's income per capita. (4) Zakat infaq and alms have a negative but insignificant effect on Indonesia's income per capita. (5) Income per capita has a positive and significant influence on economic growth in Indonesia. (6) Per capita income cannot mediate the regional minimum wage on economic growth. (7) Income per capita cannot mediate labor against economic growth. (8) Per capita income cannot mediate the human development index on economic growth. (9) Per capita income cannot contribute to economic growth through zakat, infaq, and alms.
