Abstract

Suprihatin, Ninik, 2023. Pengaruh Relationship Marketing, Perceived Value Terhadap Customer Loyalty. Skripsi, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam Program Studi S-1 Perbankan Syariah UIN Salatiga. Pembimbing: Dr. Faqih Nabhan, M.M. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memastikan bagaimana hubungan pemasaran, nilai yang dirasakan mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan. (Studi pada nasabah BSI KCP Gubug). Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada nasabah BSI KCP Gubug. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data diperoleh kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Analisis ini meliputi uji realibilitas, uji validitas, analisis regresi, uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa relationship marketing berpengaruh terhadap customer loyalty. Perceived value berpengaruh terhadap customer loyalty. Relationship marketing dan perceived value berpengaruh positif terhadap customer loyalty. Kata kunci: Relationship Marketing, Perceived Value, Customer Loyalty.
