Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge and religiosity on the decision to use Islamic microfinance institutions with an interest as an intervening variable (a study on traders who are members of KSPPS MADE in the Bintoro market, Demak). In this study using quantitative methods by processing primary data obtained through questionnaires given to KSPPS MADE members who work as traders in the Bintoro Demak market as many as 100 respondents. Then tested with SPSS software. Based on the test results, (1) Knowledge has a positive and insignificant effect on decisions. (2) Religiosity has a negative and insignificant effect on decisions. (3) Knowledge has a positive and significant effect on interest. (4) Religiosity has a positive and significant effect on interest. (5) Interest has a positive and significant effect on decisions. (6) Interest is able to mediate the influence of knowledge on decisions. (7) Interest is able to mediate the influence of religiosity on decisions.
