Abstract
Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh fraud triangle terhadap kecurangan laporan keuangan dengan kualitas audit sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index periode 2018-2022. Penelitian ini penting dilakukan mengingat penelitian terdahulu menunjukkan hasil yang tidak konsisten pada setiap variabel penelitian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index periode 2018-2022 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan metode regresi data panel, uji statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis serta program pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah EVIEWS versi 13. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rationalization (X3) berpengaruh positif terhadap kecurangan laporan keuangan. Namun, external pressure (X1) dan effective monitoring (X2) tidak berpengaruh terhadap kecurangan laporan keuangan. Sedangkan untuk variabel moderasi, kualitas audit (Z) dapat dimoderasi dengan memperlemah pengaruh external pressure (X1) terhadap kecurangan laporan keuangan. Namun, kualitas audit (Z) tidak dapat memoderasi pengaruh effective monitoring (X2) dan rationalization (X3) terhadap kecurangan laporan keuangan.
