Abstract
Nisa, Safitri Uswatun, 2022. Teachers' Perceptions on Blended Learning Method After Pandemic at Man 1 Grobogan Academic Year 2021-2022. A Graduating Paper. English Education Department. Teachers Training and Education Faculty State University of Islamic Studies (UIN) Salatiga. Counselor: Faizal Risdianto, S.S., M. Hum. This study aims to determine teachers' perceptions on blended learning methods that occur after the COVID-19 outbreak. This study expects a voice from MAN 1 Grobogan teachers regarding blended learning which is currently being used by all levels of education at the government's appeal. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with a case study method of two teachers as research subjects. Data collection techniques use interview, observation, and documentation study techniques. The results of this study concluded that teachers' perceptions of the blended learning process at MAN 1 Grobogan for the 2021/2022 academic year, especially in February-April, have gone well because teachers provide assignments and materials by utilizing madrasah e-learning applications, whatsapp, google zoom and several other applications. This study concludes that teachers' perceptions of blended learning in MAN 1 Grobogan result in how the implementation of blended learning in MAN 1 Grobogan occurs, weaknesses and solutions provided by teachers.
