Abstract
This research aims to reveal in depth the management of edutainment-based digital classroom learning in strengthening students' 4C skills in fiqh learning at MAN Salatiga. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The data obtained by the research comes from observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis techniques are carried out through data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The research results show that edutainment-based digital classroom learning management in strengthening the 21st century skills of MAN Salatiga students are : (1) Learning planning includes preparing annual programs, semester programs, syllabi and Learning Implementation Plans/Teaching Modules. (2) Organizing learning includes three stages: first, before entering class (pre-conditions), second, while in class and, third stage after teaching. (3) Implementation of learning includes initial activities, core activities and closing activities. The learning approach used to strengthen 21st century skills includes strategies (problem based learning, project based learning, cooperative group investigation, and inquiry learning), methods (discussions, assignments, lectures, familiarization, questions and answers and modeling) and teaching media. So that in implementing this learning, students can strengthen their thinking power in critical reasoning to solve problems, are able to express their ideas and opinions in forums based on problems that have been discussed together, which is able to give rise to creativity and innovation in finding and resolving a problem. learning with high confidence and self-confidence. (4) Evaluation of digital classroom learning includes evaluation of learning processes and outcomes. The research results also found several problems faced in digital classroom learning, including; problems faced by teachers, problems faced by students and problems with school facilities and infrastructure.
