Abstract
Titled ‘English Teaching Practices in Indonesia During Covid-19 Crisis’, this book archives teaching stories from 30 English teachers at Indonesian universities, high schools, non-formal educational institutions, which also features 5 other pedagogical and research chapters surrounding the main theme of COVID-19 impacted or technology-enhanced language teaching practices from around the world. Authors in these 35 chapters of the book have electively highlighted many key aspects of language teaching including teachers’ classroom profile, teaching methods/approaches, teaching online media/tools, student assessment, teaching reflection/impacts, teacher’s and students’ challenges, and other exceptional exploration. Since the teaching practices were all conducted online/distantly, many authors here share their practical experiences of utilizing online applications such as WhatsApp, Google Classroom, Google Form, Gmail, Zoom, YouTube, Kahoot, Google Meet, Canvas Instructure, Edmodo, Instagram, Quizziz, and several others in their online teaching.
