Abstract

Thibaty, A. Y (2025), An Analysis On Creative English Program As Non Formal EFL Classroom. A Graduating Paper, English Education Department, Teacher Training and Education Faculty, State Islamic Univeristy (UIN) Salatiga. Counselor: Noor Malihah, S.Pd., M.Hum., Ph.D. Keywords : An Analysis, Creative English Program, Non Formal, EFL Classroom Education is an effort to improve the quality of human resources. Learning English language skills is also very important because many students want to learn for communication purposes, so it requires the ability to use EFL. The purposes of this study are : 1) To what creative English program as non formal EFL are implemented by the teacher. 2) To how the implemented creative English program as non formal EFL. 3) To describe what the advantages of English creative program. The research used the qualitative method. The researcher observed the English Program and interviewed with the Head of Language Division and 1 other teacher in Language Division. The result showed that : 1) There are 7 Creative English Program are implemented at SMPIT Nurul Islam Islamic Boarding School. 2) There is planning of language program, implementation of language program and evaluation of language program. 3) there are 3 benefits obtained by teachers and 5 benefits obtained by students in the Creative English Program.The teachers should be more motivated, courageous, confident and continue to sharpen their language skills. The students so that they are don't be shy to practice all the language skills.
