Pembimbing: Fetria Eka Yudiana M.Si Manajerial ownership and institusional ownership is one of proxy of corporate governance that can minimized conflict of agent. Intellectual capital is used for increase the firm value then can also increase financial performance in those company. The purpose of this research is to know what the effect of structural ownership and intellectual capital on financial performance. Population of this research is all of Islamic Banking in Indonesia on period 2010 until 2016. The determination sample use purposive sampling and there are 5 bank have selected. So, this resaerch have 35 observation. Dependent variable of this research is financial performance that measure by ROA, CAR, and BOPO ratio. And use manajerial ownership and intitusional ownership as a structural ownership and VACA, VAHU, and STVA as a measurment of Intellectual capital as independent variable. The result showed that manajerial ownership does not have impact on ROA, CAR, and BOPO. Institusional ownership have a significant and negative impact on ROA, significant and positive impact on BOPO but does have impact on CAR. VACA have a significant and negativ impact on ROA, significant and positive impact on BOPO but does have impact on CAR. VAHU does not have impact on ROA, CAR, and BOPO. STVA have a significant and positive impact on ROA, significant and negative impact on BOPO, but also does not have impact on CAR.
