Abstract

The background of this problem is paradigma shift of national education system in education management from a centralized system to a decentralized in market by application of MBS model. Public awareness through MBS is channeled through Contributions Performance of Islamic School Committee so as they can participate to control and maintain the quality of Education. In addition to islamic school committee, a creative, productive and innovative Leadership of Islamic School Principal is also required to The Improvement Quality of Islamic School Education.
