Abstract

The graduating paper is aimed at investigating the influence of using musictoward vocabulary mastery, which focused on three main problems: How tomeasure vocabulary mastery before teaching using music of fourth years studentsof SON Blotongan 01 Salatiga in academic year 2009 I 20 l O?; How is studentsmastery after teaching using music of fourth years students of SON Blotongan 0 lSalatiga in academic year 2009 I 2010?; Is there influence of using music towardvocabulary teaching of fourth years of SON Blotongan 01 Salatiga in academicyear 2009 I 2010? The research uses test and documents to collect the data.Sample was all the fourth year students of SON Blotongan 0 I Salatiga inacademic year 2009 I 2010. The data were analyzed and calculated by using t-testformula. The result of this research showed that there is a significant influence ofusing music toward vocabulary teaching of the fourth year students of SONBlotongan 0 l Salatiga in academic year 2009I2010.
