Abstract

Abstract In its development, Islamic Higher Education circles participated in the empowerment effort, especially the people who live in the area around the campus or briefly known as campus social responsibility (CSR) campus social responsibility, so we conducted participatory action research on empowerment that we integrated with values the value of Islam so that the community is able to solve the problem by looking at opportunities for developing religious study guidance and other scholarship by utilizing human resources in Gilang Hamlet, Tegaron Village, Banyubiru District, Semarang Regency. This research uses the type of Participatory Action Research (PAR). PAR consists of three words that relate to one another, namely participation, research and action. And the result is that the social interaction of students is very good both with the community in general, hamlet and village government and with bimbel / private participants. Strategies undertaken Departing from problems in particular education, PMI Faculty of Da'wah students take action to solve problems by establishing tutoring outside of school. who received support from the community from religious leaders, community leaders, village government and parents. Supporting factors are: 1). The religious and open nature of society; 2). Easy to consult with; 3) Be open to all forms of positive change; 4) Communicative; 5) Willing to accept direction and input; 6) Proactive; 7) Friendly and easy to work with; 8) Obedience to leaders and leaders. the inhibiting factors include: 1) community human resources (HR); 2) The lack of involvement of local youth, 3) The time of formal school hours are too late; 4) Not 100% considered important by the community about the activities we carry out.
