Counselor: Miftachudin, S.Pd.I., M.A. This research is purposed to investigate the teachers’ method and their difficulties in language learning in Lailatullughoh program at Student Language Center of Pondok Pesantren Edi Mancoro. Generally, this research has two main questions such as (1) what are the teacher’s methods used in language learning at Lailatullughoh program in Student Language Center of Pondok Pesantren Edi Mancoro? (2) what are the difficulties faced by the teachers in preparing and implementing the methods used in language learning at Lailatullughoh program in Student Language Center of Pondok Pesantren Edi Mancoro? This research is qualitative research. The subjects of this research were five English teachers who had prepared and implemented English learning methods in the Lailatullughoh program. Questionnaire and interview were used to collect the data. The data was analyzed and interpreted trough qualitative research procedure. The findings indicated that the learning process there was relatively good. The teacher had prepared all teaching needs such as materials, media, and learning methods. This got positive feedback from students and resulted in an effective learning process. However, the teachers experienced several obstacles in preparing and implementing an English learning at the pesantren. The difficulties faced by the teachers such as limited sources or references, limited access to devices or media, and then the differences English proficiency of students.
