Abstract
ABSTRACT Sholihah, Nur Zumrotus. 2021. Implementation Of Plaiting Tasamuh Attitudes at SMK N 1 Salatiga in 2021. Thesis of Islamic Religious Education Program.Postgraduate of Salatiga State Islamic Institute. Supervisor Dr. Ruwandi, M.A. Keywords: Planting implementation, Tasamuh Attitude. This research is motivated by several realities which show that there are educational institutions that neglect the cultivation of tasamuh attitudes, even some educational institutions have experienced cases of intolerance which lead to discrimination and bullying of students of different religions. Cultivating the tasamuh attitude is a concern of SMK N 1 Salatiga. Educational institutions are one of the important pillars of cultivating tasamuh attitudes. In connection with social phenomena, research on cultivating tasamuh attitudes in SMK N 1 Salatiga. to be very important to do. This is a challenge for Islamic Education teachers in instilling tasamuh attitudes in multi-religious schools. The research is a field research classified as a naturalistic inquiry. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews and documentation, the main informants in this study were Islamic education teachers and deputy principals of student affairs. Data analysis in this study used data reduction, data display and data verification. Checking the validity of the data in this study using the source triangulation technique. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The implementation of the cultivation of tasamuh attitudes in SMK N 1 Salatiga is realized through 3 processes, namely planning, implementation and evaluation. Planning for planting tasamuh attitudes at SMK N 1 Salatiga through preparing all learning plans in book one, preparing lesson plans that contain tasamuh attitudes, preparing multicultural syllabus, preparing learning facilities and discipline. The implementation pattern of strengthening tasamuh education at SMK N 1 Salatiga is through the implementation of the 5S pattern (smile, greeting, greeting, courtesy, courtesy) and the strengthening of the women's uniform model, Friday sehati activities, when the PAI learning process, non-Muslims leave the classroom to carry out learning in accordance with their beliefs while the evaluation is through observation / assessment of attitudes in the lesson plan and questionnaires (2) The inhibiting factor for planting tasamuh attitudes at SMK N 1 Salatiga is that in religious Friday activities that have not been maximized, students pay less attention to each other when the teaching and learning activities take place , lack of communication and limited allocation of learning time. (3) School solutions in dealing with the inhibiting factors of cultivating an attitude of respect, appreciation and understanding of differences in diversity through morning rallies guided by the principal through virtual, maximizing Islamic Islamic education in the classroom, better disciplining students in religious Friday activities, providing an explanation of tasamuh attitudes and directing students to love their beliefs and respect friends of different religions. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi beberapa realita yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat lembaga pendidikan yang abai dengan penanaman sikap tasamuh, bahkan beberapa lembaga pendidikan pernah terjadi kasus intoleransi yang menyebabkan terjadinya diskriminasi serta pembullyan peserta didik yang berbeda agama. Penanaman sikap tasamuh menjadi perhatian SMK N 1 Salatiga. Lembaga pendidikan menjadi salah satu pilar penting penanaman sikap tasamuh. Berkaitan dengan fenomena sosial, penelitian tentang penanaman sikap tasamuh di SMK N 1 Salatiga.menjadi sangat penting dilakukan. Hal tersebut menjadi tantangan bagi guru PAI dalam menanamkan sikap tasamuh di sekolah yang multi agama. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif naturalistik. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi, informan utama pada penelitian ini adalah guru PAI dan wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi data. Pengecekan keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Implementasi penanaman sikap tasamuh SMK N 1 Salatiga diwujudkan melalui 3 proses yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Perencanaan penanaman sikap tasamuh di SMK N 1 Salatiga melalui mempersiapkan seluruh rencana pembelajaran yang ada dibuku satu, mempersiapkan RPP yang memuat sikap tasamuh mempersiapkan silabus multikultural, mempersiapkan sarana pembelajaran dan tata tertib. Pola pelaksanaan penguatan pendidikan tasamuh di SMK N 1 Salatiga melalui penerapan pola 5S (senyum, salam, sapa, sopan, santun) dan adanya penguatan model seragam putri, kegiatan Jum’at sehati, ketika proses pembelajaran PAI, yang beragama nonmuslim keluar kelas untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan keyakinannya sedangkan evaluasinya melalui pengamatan/ penilaian sikap yang ada di RPP dan kuisioner(2) Faktor penghambat penanaman sikap tasamuh di SMK N 1 Salatiga yaitu dalam kegiatan Jumat religius yang belum maksimal, siswa kurang memperhatikan satu sama lain ketika KBM berlangsung, kurangnya komunikasi dan terbatasnya alokasi waktu pembelajaran. (3) Solusi sekolah dalam menghadapi faktor penghambat penanaman sikap menghormati, menghargai dan memahami perbedaan keberagaman melalui kegiatan apel pagi yang dipandu oleh kepala sekolah melalui virtual, memaksimalkan pembelajaran PAI di dalam kelas, lebih mentertibkan siswa dalam kegiatan Jumat religius, memberikan penjelasan tentang sikap tasamuh dan mengarahkan siswa untuk mencintai keyakinanya serta menghargai teman berbeda agama.
