Abstract

In the context of the relation between Religion, State and Culture, there are two groups of countries, groups that integrate between Religion and state affairs and groups that separate religion and state affairs. Similarly, the relationship between religion and culture. Indonesia as a plural country and the majority of its population is Muslim, does not follow one of the two groups, but stands between the two groups. Indonesia does not integrate religion and state affairs, nor is it a separation between religion and state affairs. However, the Indonesian government system accommodates both groups and stands between the two groups held by many countries in the world, this is the uniqueness of the Indonesian government system.
