A This research aims to identify the students’ perception in video material presentation on Micro Teaching class during Covid-19 pandemic era. The objectives of the study were, (1) to identify students perception in making video as learning media on Micro Teaching class during Covid-19 pandemic era, (2) to find out what the students strategies do as the trainee teacher using video material presentation on Micro Teaching class during Covid-19 pandemic. The qualitative descriptive method was used in conducting this study and to obtain the data, the researcher used open-ended questionnaire. As research participants is 20 students’ at the eight semester of English Education Department in the academic year of 2018/2019 IAIN Salatiga. According to the findings of this study, 85% of total respondents have a positive responses including they feel full of challenge, increasing their ability or creativity, very fun or effective and another 15% felt that is not effective. This shows that using learning videos as learning media gets a positive response, implying that this can be an alternative as a medium and source of learning for teachers and students while studying.
