Abstract

ENGLISH ABSTRACT This paper aims to describe the classification of Arabic vocabulary, and of Arabic vocabularies, basic principle in teching Mufrodat. As well as strategies to develop Arabic vocabularies .It is important to discuss these issues because a good mastery of Mufrodat may develop four competencies in learning Arabic : listening(istima'), speaking ( Kalam ), reading( qira'ah ), and writing (kitabah). the four competencies in Arabic can be mastered if person has minimum 4000 Arabic vocabulary. By improving the mastery of Mufrodat, then teaching and learning Mufrodat will be success full. Key word: strategies development, Arabic vocabulary, learning Mufrodat.
