Abstract
The existence of learning community has contributed in the middle of social lives in Central Java. Learning communities have developed in accordance with social demand nowadays relying on many changes especially in the field of learning management through transforming the rahmatanlilalamin values in order to build learning community as a central for excellent. Prensky (2001) argued that students change their styles in their lives today by rapid dissemination of digital technology in the 20th century. All levels students nowadays represent the first generations to grow up with new technology. They have spent their entire lives surrounded by computers, videogames, digital music players, video cams, cell phones, and all the other toys and tools of the digital age. Most of them have spent less than 5,000 hours of their lives reading but over 10,000 hours playing video games. Their lives are filled by computer games, email, the Internet, cell phones and instant messaging. All educators must be able to transform Islamic rahmatanlilalamin values to keep the Digital Natives’ brains which have physically changed and impacted on their thinking patterns. Most learners in the learning communities are all native speakers of the digital language of computers, video games and the Internet. Transforming the rahmatanlilalamin values in teaching English is expected to become the guideline the Z generation as the first digital natives living and the management of learning is expected to use the learning management system.
