Abstract

Safitri, Maya Dina. 2024. The Analysis of English Daily Speaking Program in the Dancing Bee School Salatiga. Graduating Paper. English Education Department. Teacher Training and Education Faculty. Salatiga State Islamic University. Counsellor: Miftachudin, M.A. The purpose of this study was to know the implementation of the English daily speaking program, and to identify teachers’ challenges and strategies in implementing the English daily speaking program held by Dancing Bee School (DBS) Salatiga. The research was qualitative research. The respondents of this research were 3 teachers of Dancing Bee School Salatiga. Interview was conducted in order to collect the data. The data was analysed and interpreted through qualitative method. The findings showed that the implementation of the English daily speaking program is running smoothly. There are some methods used by the teachers, and the school has some privileges. The findings also showed that teachers face several challenges in implementing the language program such as new additional students, playtime, long school holidays, and the students limited vocabulary. The last findings showed that teachers have strategies to deal with those challenges such as consistently use English, keep reminding students, and help boost students' confidence.
