Abstract

Abstract Increasing public awareness of the revitalization of the tradition of reading the Qur'an through the Maghrib Mengaji program so that it can form a generation of Qur'anis and build morals and fortify themselves from the bad influence of the use of gadgets. The research uses a qualitative method with the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) method. The ABCD method applied in this service is one of the alternatives in utilizing the potential possessed by children to improve their standard of living. The research location is in Bancaan Village, Sidorejo Lor District, Salatiga City. The results of the study show that through the Maghrib Mengaji Program, there have been activities of teaching the Quran, worship practices and habituation. The habituation activities carried out are such as carrying out maghrib and isha' prayers in congregation along with their dhikr. The target is for children to adults, but in its implementation this program is followed by many children. The obstacle faced by teachers is that there are a number of children who are difficult to manage in the process of teaching activities. The positive impact given by this "Maghrib Mengaji" activity is that children are used to reading the Qur'an after carrying out maghrib prayers. In addition, children who originally did not memorize short letters have now memorized several short letters of the Qur'an. It can be said that the implementation of the maghrib recitation program in Bancaan Village has been carried out and continues to innovate activities from time to time. However, it is necessary to hold an evaluation of activities in order to measure the success of the program. Abstrak Meningkatkan kesadaran masyarkat revitalisasi tradisi membaca A-Qur’an melalui program Maghrib Mengaji sehingga dapat membentuk generasi Qur’ani dan membangun akhlak serta membentengi diri dari pengaruh buruk dari penggunaan gadget. Pada penelitian menggunakan kualitatif dengan metode ABCD (Asset Based Community Development). Metode ABCD yang diterapkan dalam pengabdian ini merupakan salah satu alternatif dalam pemanfaatan potensi yang dimiliki oleh anak-anak untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup mereka. lokasi penelitian yaitu di Desa Bancaan, Kecamatan Sidorejo Lor, Kota Salatiga. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa melalui Program Maghrib Mengaji sudah terlaksana dengan baik terdapat kegiatan pengajaran Al Quran, praktik ibadah dan pembiasaan. Kegiatan pembiasaan yang dilaksanakan yaitu seperti melaksankan sholat maghrib dan isya’ berjamaah beserta dzikirnya. Sasaran untuk anak-anak sampai dewasa, namun dalam pelaksanaannya program ini banyak dikuti oleh anak-anak. Kendala yang dihadapi oleh pengajar adalah terdapat sejumlah anak yang sulit diatur dalam proses kegiatan pengajaran. Dampak positif yang diberikan dari kegiatan “Maghrib Mengaji” ini anak-anak terbiasa membaca Al-Qur’an setelah melaksanakan solat maghrib. Selain itu, anak-anak yang semula belum hafal surat-surat pendek saat ini sudah hafal beberapa surat pendek Al-Qur’an. Dapat dikatakan pelaksanaan program maghrib mengaji di Desa Bancaan sudah terlaksana dan terus melakukan inovasi kegiatan dari waktu ke waktu. Namun perlu diadakannya evaluasi kegiatan agar dapat mengukur keberhasilan program tersebut. Kata kunci: Program, Maghrib Mengaji, Pembiasaan
