Abstract

The research Influence of students’ responses on the use of e-learning to their interest in reading. This research answered two questions: (1) The influence of students’ responses on the use of e-learning to their interest in reading. (2) The contribution of students’ responses on the use of e-learning to their interest in reading. The research employed a quantitative research corelation. The students in the study were 23 students from the digital class group at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Semarang. Data were collected through: questionare, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed a significant influence between e-learning and reading interest for the tenth digital class group in MAN 1 Semarang in the academic year 2024/2025. The results showed a high positive correlation between e-learning and reading interest, with a correlation coefficient of 0.773. Simple linear regression analysis produced a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05, which means that e-learning contributes significantly to reading interest. Based on the results, null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. The researcher conclude that e-learning is an influence learning media to increase students' interest in reading.
