Abstract

As a result, customer service officers at Islamic banks must perform a dual communication function: explain financial products accurately while adhering to religious principles. This requires specialized vocabulary, clarity in explaining contract terms, and the ability to distinguish Islamic financial concepts from conventional banking practices. In many contexts, especially where Islamic banking serves international clients, English becomes the medium for conveying these complex concepts
