Abstract
:Tesis Program Studi Magister Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), Program Pascasarjana, Institut Agama Islam Negeri Salatiga, 2018, Pembimbing Dr.H.Sa’adi,M.Ag. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui diferensiasi pendidikan karakter jamaah masjid al-ikhlas pada usia anak-anak, remaja dan dewasa. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan field research (penelitian lapangan). Analisis data kualitatif bersifat induktif analitik. Kajian ini menemukan diferensiasi pendidikan karakter di masjid al-ikhlas. Diferensiasi pendidikan karakter anak-anak yakni diantaranya; religius, jujur, disiplin, rasa ingin tahu, mandiri, peduli lingkungan, tanggungjawab, gemar membaca, kerja keras dan menghargai prestasi. Diferensiasi pendidikan karakter remaja yakni diantaranya; religius, disiplin, rasa ingin tahu, mandiri, peduli lingkungan, tanggung jawab dan peduli sosial. Diferensiasi pendidikan karakter dewasa yakni diantaranya; religius, disiplin, rasa ingin tahu, mandiri, peduli lingkungan, tanggung jawab, peduli sosial, toleransi. Faktor pendukung diferensiasi pendidikan karakter anak-anak, remaja dan dewasa yakni diantaranya adanya buku-buku bacaan terkait agama Islam, adanya fasilitas berupa bangku, mushaf al-Qur’an, buku sholawat, papan tulis, kebersihan tempat belajar, dukungan peran orang tua, pengurus masjid dan masyarakat muslim khususnya selaku tokoh pemerintahan. Faktor penghambat diferensiasi pendidikan karakter anak-anak, diferensiasi remaja dan diferensiasi dewasa yakni diantaranya latar belakang berbagai macam karakter kepribadian peserta didik, lingkungan sosial yang kurang kondusif dan fasilitas pembelajaran yang belum memadai. This study aims to determine the differentiation of character education for mosque worshipers al-ikhlas at the age of children, adolescents and adults. The method used is descriptive qualitative research with a field research approach (field research). Qualitative data analysis is analytical inductive. This study found differentiation of character education in mosques al-ikhlas. Differentiation of children's character education including; religious, honest, disciplined, curious, independent, caring for the environment, responsibility, love to read, work hard and appreciate achievement. Differentiation of adolescent character education including; religious, disciplined, curious, independent, caring for the environment, responsibility and social care. Differentiation of adult character education including; religious, disciplined, curious, independent, caring for the environment, responsibility, social care, tolerance. Supporting factors for the differentiation of children's character education, adolescent and adult differentiation include the existence of reading books related to Islam, facilities such as benches, Quran recitations, prayer books, whiteboards, cleanliness of learning places, support for the role of parents , the management of takmir and the Muslim community especially as government figures. Inhibiting factors of children's character education differentiation, adolescent and adult are among the backgrounds of various personality traits of students, less conducive social environment and inadequate learning facilities.
