Abstract
Student morality development becomes the main topic of discussion in educational field. Unfortunately, the embedding of honesty concept and character development to the student has decreased. Teacher becomes the determiners for the success of education. Counseling and Islamic education subject become one of the effort to develop students' morality. In this case, teacher has a role in order to help students develope their character well, so there will be no moral deviation of the students. The aim of this research is to know the students moral deviation forms, the proponent and inhibitor factor of teacher in fostering students, the implementation of counseling teacher and Islamic education in order to foster the students and to see the form of students' attitude and morality changing. Research method used in this research is a case study method. Research location took place in SMK Diponegoro and SMK Saraswati in Salatiga. Subject of the research is the phenomenom of attitude deviation carried out by the students in SMK Saraswati and SMK Diponegoro Salatiga. The result of this research show that the forms of deviations done by students in SMK Saraswati and SMK Diponegoro are skip the class, smoking, swearing, againt the teachers' adulces, fighting, drunk, engage in gang fighting caused by revenge and immoral acts such as kissing, holding hands, hungging with their girl friend or boyfriend. Counceling teacher and Islamic religious education teachers handle those problems by doing advising through the lesson in class classically, but if there are students who are unable to receive it, the advising will be done individually after school. Counseling teacher and PAI teacher used two system, preventive and repressive system.
