Abstract
This study aims to describe the context of situation containing in TheEffectiveness of Demonstration to Improve Students EnglishAchievement. The research problems of the study are the effectiveness,demonstration method, improves students' English achievement. Thestudy is expected to be beneficial to the world of literature andcomplement to the study of effectiveness demonstration. In addition, thewriter hopes the result of the study will give additional information to thereader and can contribute to the development of improve students' Englishachievement. Especially in vocabulary learn. Therefore, this study ofteaching is to motivate students to improve their capability and to suggestthe teacher to be more creative in performing teaching activities.It is a descriptive study, where the data is taken from teaching of MlSruwen IV of Tengaran, Semarang in the academic year of 2009/2010.Kind of data that will be presented in the study are data that show thecondition of student's class, such as data that show: what is happening,about language teaching, methodology of language teaching, realia withlearns as demonstration.The results of the study show that field of the research to find out theconcept of the use of demonstration method in English teaching, and tofind the effectiveness of demonstration method toward students' Englishachievement.
