Abstract

ABSTRACT MANAGEMENT SUPERVISION TEACHING TEACHERS PAI IN CITY SALATIGA (Assessment Implementation Supervision Teaching Teachers PAI Controller In Salatiga) This study aimed to describe management supervision of teaching teachers PAI in Salatiga since the planning phase to the evaluation stage that serves as feed back for improving the competence of teachers and improving the quality of education to a better direction. This research is a field (field research) are qualitative. A total of four supervisory PAI in the area of the Ministry of Religious Salatiga involved as key informants and five teachers PAI as an informant supporters. In this study the authors used data collection methods of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis using descriptive qualitative research. The results showed that: First, management supervision of teaching teachers PAI in Salatiga by supervisors refer to management functions such as planning, organizing, and monitoring/evaluation is able to walk pretty well. Second, supporting factors include: (a) teaching supervision activities already scheduled and in the agenda, (b) their assignment letter from the head of the Office of Religious Affairs, (c) a fairly positive response from principals and teachers during the implementation of supervision. Inhibiting factors include: (a) Too much teacher/partner schools each supervisor, (b) teachers who are not ready to be supervised because the administration is not yet complete, (c) Schedule a predetermined change due to unplanned activities from teachers, supervisors and school/institution itself.
